This high-impact role is central to our long-term financial goals and our mission to modernize customer engagement. You will be responsible for defining the product from the ground up, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring a successful launch that delivers immediate value to our small business and enterprise clients.Responsibilities:Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Receptionist solution, from initial concept through to launch and iteration.Develop and own a comprehensive Solutions Requirements Document (SRD), defining product requirements, customer journey flows, and configurable options to meet diverse business needs.Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing) and external vendors to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and technically feasible.Design a seamless customer onboarding experience, incorporating AI to minimize setup effort and accelerate time-to-value.Partner with engineering to translate the product vision into technical specifications, refine scope, and support pilot deployment planning.Serve as the primary advocate for the marketing team and the end-user, ensuring the final product provides a superior experience.Why This Role Matters:Drive Innovation: You will be at the forefront of launching an AI solution that streamlines call handling, enhances customer experience, and frees up our clients to focus on their core operations.Business Impact: This role directly contributes to our long-range growth, opens new monetization opportunities, and strengthens our position as a forward-thinking market leader.High Visibility: You will ensure alignment across product, vendor, and engineering teams, reducing risk and increasing the likelihood of a highly successful product launch.Qualifications:Proven experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or AI-powered technology products.Strong ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
