Are you motivated, energetic and ready to take your career to the next level, designing winning proposals that directly impact the community around you? We are currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to initiate, write and maintain proposal materials to support our Arizona operations. You will work with leadership that not only nurtures, but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit.

B&N Proposal Coordinator Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into proposal submittals supporting our Arizona operations
• Build collaborative relationships with Project Management staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness
• Participate in marketing meetings and track action items
• Develop and edit presentation materials for proposal team interviews
• Support promotional activities
• Help maintain company information, materials and associated Marketing databases
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Creative Arts, Business or a related field, in lieu of a degree a minimum of 5+ years of equivalent experience are required
• 2+ years of proposal management and/or writing experience in the A/E/C or similar industry
• Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail
• Reliable, a critical thinker, well-organized, and passionate about their contribution to the team
• Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with AdobeSuite applications a plus
• Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
