Car Audio Installer Job at First Place Car Audio Stereo Sound in Vallejo

We are seeking a skilled Car Audio Installer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio systems in vehicles while ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install and upgrade car audio systems, including speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, and head units

• Run wiring and make connections according to manufacturer specifications

• Test and troubleshoot audio systems to ensure proper function

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers

• Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety procedures

• Communicate with customers about system capabilities, features, and maintenance.

•  Ensure all installations meet safety standards and customer expectations.

Working Conditions:

•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

•  Frequent bending, crawling, and working in tight spaces.

•  Use of personal protective equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience installing car audio systems

• Knowledge of vehicle electronics and wiring diagrams

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers

•   Previous experience in car audio installation or automotive electronics

Preferred :

• Experience with advanced or custom car audio installations

• Familiarity with navigation and infotainment systems

•   High school diploma or GED.

Pay Range: $25 - $30 an Hour

Full-Time/ Part-Time
