Job Description

Graphic Artist / Designer

Location: On-site | IPGI (Custom Apparel & Product Design)
Full-Time | Salary Commensurate with Experience

Are you passionate about design, love working fast, and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment? At IPGI, our marketing, production, and design teams work hand-in-hand to bring awesome custom apparel and products to life. We’re laid-back, fun, and serious about great design—and we’re looking for a self-motivated and experienced Graphic Artist/Designer to join us!

What You'll Do

Create compelling, high-volume designs for apparel and custom products
Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams
Juggle multiple projects at a fast pace
Contribute creatively without constant direction
Adapt designs based on internal feedback and team discussions

✅ Qualifications

Portfolio Required – We don’t care if you have a master's in design. What we care about is your execution and creativity. A strong portfolio is mandatory. Send it to: careers@myipgi.com. The more you show, the better!
Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency – You should be comfortable working in Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Bonus points for additional design skills.
Speed & Volume – This is a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to create multiple designs daily. If your work is top-notch and efficient, you'll thrive here.
Test & Interview Process – Qualified candidates will be asked to complete 2 design examples and attend an in-person interview to discuss the revision process. If we like what we see, you could be in the office within a week!
