About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind our brand demand generation and growth marketing efforts. As one of our earliest marketing hires you’ll shape the narrative for a cutting edge AI product own key acquisition channels and partner cross functionally to bring our story to market.
This is a highly strategic yet hands on role you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to write copy launch campaigns track ROI and experiment with new growth tactics all while helping define the marketing foundation for a high growth AI company.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Messaging
• Craft compelling narratives around our AI platform and translate technical features into user benefits.
• Position the product effectively in a fast moving and competitive market.
• Collaborate with design to develop creative assets aligned with brand identity.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
• Plan launch and optimize campaigns across paid social SEM email and content distribution.
• Own funnel metrics MQL to SQL to pipeline to revenue and continuously optimize for conversion.
• Manage performance channels Google Ads LinkedIn Ads X/Twitter etc. and track ROI against budget.
• Use A/B testing analytics and data driven insights Google Analytics HubSpot Heap etc. to optimize performance.
Organic Marketing & Community
• Run and grow social accounts newsletters and organic presence.
• Build and engage early adopter communities across Meta Slack and LinkedIn.
• Develop SEO informed content strategies to increase inbound visibility.
Collaboration
• Provide strong creative briefs and direction to design.
• Partner with product and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Translate founder and leadership vision into actionable marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Experience
• 2–4 years in marketing, ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
• Track record of contributing to high-growth teams and adapting in fast-paced markets.
Core Skills
• Copywriting and content development that engages and converts.
• Demand generation and lead acquisition strategies.
• End-to-end campaign management across digital channels.
• Performance marketing with a focus on measurable ROI.
Mindset
• Startup scrappiness with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Comfortable wearing many hats and balancing multiple priorities.
• Experiment-driven, data-informed, and motivated by results.
• Passion for driving measurable business impact.
Collaboration

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and trends.
• Event marketing or webinar experience.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Basic design or video editing skills.
