Scope of Position

The role is responsible for managing the complete customer service and repair coordination process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers; handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure clear and timely correspondence.

• Technician Coordination: Work closely with technicians to schedule, prioritize, and facilitate repair tasks.

• Parts & Pricing: Source and secure required parts; obtain and compare pricing; compute accurate labor costs.

• Repair Facilitation: Partner with the technician to ensure repairs are performed to standard and result in a high-quality finished product.

• Quality Control & Validation: Conduct follow-up checks on completed work to validate repair integrity and maintain quality standards.
