This is an onsite role based in our NY office

About the role

We're looking for a founding frontend & UX focused engineer to help us build on our product progress with proven market demand from global enterprises.

What you'll do:
  • Own our Agent Builder Experience and help users of all technical levels harness frontier intelligence
  • Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy
  • Engage directly with customers and our GTM team to discover and solve our customers' most complex and bleeding edge problems
  • Mentor junior engineers and continue raising our bar for engineering excellence
  • Take end-to-end ownership of our core products. We currently build with the following, but are not precious about specific technologies and instead care about whatever it takes to get the job done:
    • Frontend: React, Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind
    • Backend: Typescript, Temporal, NextJS, Gel/PostgreSQL
About you

You might be a great fit if you're a strong frontend-focused senior engineer who can flex into design and full stack software engineering. You have a deep interest in Agentic AI & LLM applications, even if you don't have existing AI experience.
  • Eager to join our mission of bringing Frontier Intelligence to the industries and institutions that matter the most to human welfare - e.g., healthcare, government, financial infrastructure
  • Coding comes naturally to you, you do it for fun, and excel at it for work
  • 4+ years building software with a focus on frontend & UX, ideally in excellent engineering cultures
    • "One of the best engineers I've ever worked with" -engineers you've worked with
  • High-ownership - owning things (projects, outcomes, customer unlocks) from ambiguous start to clean finish
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments - biasing towards action, not waiting for other people to tell you what to do or how to solve a problem
  • Customer-focused - you care about customers' challenges and dreams, and are energized by empowering people
  • Doer of things (technical or otherwise) people told you were impossible or foolish before
  • Enjoys mentoring and accelerating people around you that are hungry to learn but may have less experience
