What You'll Be Doing

• Filming and Editing Content: Capture authentic content on an iPhone, then edit for social media platforms and create sizzle reels for client websites - showcasing the heart of each business.
• Graphic Design: Create social graphics that are not just visually appealing but also tell each client's story in a way that resonates with their audience.
• Scheduling and Posting: Keep content organized and timely by scheduling posts, writing captions, and managing content calendars that align with each brand's personality.
• Strategy and Trends: Work alongside our Senior Social Media Manager and Creative Director, supporting our clients with thoughtful, engaging social strategies. Bring fresh ideas to the table, staying on top of trends to ensure that each client's message is relevant, engaging, and true to who they are.
• Additional Design Work: As a full-service agency, we go beyond social media! You'll have the chance to work on branding, print, and web design, helping our clients build cohesive, memorable brands across all channels.

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design talent (using Adobe Suite, not Canva).
• A skilled videographer and editor who can capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media and website use.
• A creative with a genuine love for supporting small businesses and a heart for the Greenville community.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CapCut for both graphic design and video editing.
• A social media enthusiast who understands what content works best across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent communication and people skills; you're comfortable working directly with clients and building strong relationships.
• A proactive team player who's flexible, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in website design or photography is a plus!
