Position Summary

What you'll do

• Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients’ business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
• Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
• Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that meet clients’ marketing objectives.
• Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, presenting high-impact opportunities to customers.
• Collaborate closely with account management partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams and agencies.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 years quota-carrying digital sales experience.
• Expertise in Walmart Connect products and/or digital media solutions, including paid search, programmatic, and connected TV.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
• Strong track record of high-level negotiation and client relationship management.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
• Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.
• A passion for driving business results for companies.
