Overview
Empire Justice Center seeks a Homeownership Protection Program Anchor Partner Program Coordinator. This position supports the team in executing Empire Justice Center's role as Anchor Partner for the Homeowner Protection Program. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the collection, maintenance, and analysis of HOPP data, supporting grantees with data reporting and other contract requirements, serving as the team's technical expert in relevant data systems, and providing general administrative support to the Anchor Partner team. This position is supervised by the HOPP Anchor Partner Program Director or another position within the practice group.

Position Details
Position Title: Homeownership Protection Program (HOPP) Anchor Program Coordinator
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Practice Group: Consumer, Finance, and Housing (CFH) / Homeowner Protection Program (HOPP)
Salary: The salary range is $40,872-$53,976 per year. Final salary will be determined based on education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity, within the stated range.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel to and work in the Rochester Telesca Center or the Albany office to meet client and organizational needs. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement under organizational policy.
- Manage and maintain data collection and other reporting requirements by grantees as required by contracts or otherwise.
- Provide training and assistance to grantees regarding data reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes for data collection, including Salesforce infrastructure and processes.
- Assist in developing data collection systems and processes.
- Compile, analyze, summarize, and report results of HOPP data collection, research, and analysis.
- Maintain Empire Justice Center website’s HOPP webpage, portal, and other HOPP web-based systems.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to create and maintain a HOPP grantee-only portal on the organizational website.
- Provide administrative support to the HOPP Anchor Partner program and its team members, including maintaining internal files, spreadsheets, and up-to-date grantee contact information.
- Assist with the implementation of training and provide technical assistance and support, including hosting, recording, and posting training materials.
- Provide technical assistance to HOPP grantees regarding data collection and systems.
- Provide support for funding campaigns and other initiatives.
- Support and assist in coordinating the annual HOPP training conference.
- Demonstrate a high level of comfort and commitment to working with marginalized communities.
- Supervise other practice group members as needed.
- Due to limited resources, all staff are expected to perform administrative and other support-related duties to serve clients and fulfill the organization’s mission.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor to meet the organization’s needs.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications quickly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology that facilitates the delivery of communication, documents, and other materials.
- Strong skills in document and form creation, pulling reports, and word processing, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating effectively with team members and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid-capacity environment.
