You'll collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop high-quality training content that supports our business objectives and enhances our employees' professional growth. You'll have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies while working with a diverse team that embraces more innovative ways of working.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Design and develop engaging learning content for various delivery methods including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, and interactive tools* Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and translate complex information into clear, compelling training materials* Create assessment tools to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement* Maintain and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and relevance* Support the implementation of new learning technologies and platforms* Analyze performance data to refine content and improve learning outcomes* Ensure all learning materials align with JLL's or clients brand guidelines and organizational values**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field* 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content development for corporate learning* Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail* Experience with learning management systems (LMS)* Demonstrated project management capabilities* Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies**Preferred Qualifications:*** Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field* Experience in real estate or professional services industry* Knowledge of video production and editing* Experience with multimedia design tools* Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven content optimization* Certification in instructional design or e-learning development* Experience working in global, multicultural environments where collaboration across teams is essentialAt JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
