Part-Time Marketing Contractor Psychiatric Practice

Dr. Eli Nader, MD a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a skilled and versatile part-time Marketing Contractor to lead and execute digital marketing efforts for a growing mental health practice.

This is an independent contractor position starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to scale to full-time based on performance and practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy tailored to mental health services.
• Manage and optimize the practices online presence (website, Google Business, SEO, local search).
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Launch and manage online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Set up and automate systems for intake, feedback, and reputation management.
• Monitor marketing analytics and create performance reports monthly.
• Integrate systems like Squarespace, Practice Fusion, Dashquill, and Google Workspace.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or mental health.
• Proficient with Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva or Adobe, Squarespace, and analytics tools.
• Familiar with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
• Strong writing skills for blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
• Able to work independently with clear communication and time management.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly or monthly retainer (based on experience).
• Contractor position; does not include benefits initially.
