Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Associate who has a foundational understanding of the finance and healthcare industries. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to client success by producing engaging content and executing marketing strategies.
As a Marketing Associate, you will play an active role in content development, campaign planning, and day-to-day client support. Youll be editing and crafting messaging, supporting content shoots, and collaborating with the team to ensure that all deliverables align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating content calendars tailored to client goals and industry trends.
- Edit and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment across digital platforms.
- Craft compelling messaging and copy for social media, websites, and client campaigns.
- Support and attend content shoots, providing coordination and creative input.
- Edit video content for client campaigns, social media, and web using software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro or advanced video editing software.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
- Conduct light research on finance and healthcare topics to support content development.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, helping identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current with digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of finance and healthcare industries (experience in either field is a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience using video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
