Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Execute daily posting and scheduling for multiple clients; align posts with content plans; manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and brand mentions; maintain brand voice across all platforms; prepare weekly dashboards with KPIs for clients.
  • Social Media Creation & Strategy: Create video content from start to finish (shot lists, filming, editing, posting); produce and edit photo/video/graphic content; develop and implement client-aligned social media strategies; monitor trends, platform changes, and write captions that drive engagement; optimize KPIs daily to scale platforms; measure and report campaign success.

Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content resonates with target audiences; stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices; ensure timely delivery of content and accuracy of posts.

  • Content creation and execution quality; timely delivery and alignment with content calendars; high-quality, brand-aligned visuals optimized per platform specs.
  • Comprehensive shot lists, efficient shoot execution; engaging social copy that reflects each client’s brand voice; content regularly meets or exceeds engagement benchmarks.
  • Active client social accounts with consistent updates; error-free posting (copy, timing, links, tags); varied voices in captions with major revisions when needed; timely community engagement; proactive flagging of brand mentions or emerging conversations.
  • Strategy and optimization: implemented/adjusted strategies based on performance and trends; reporting shows improving KPIs; data informs future content and strategy; identify underperforming content and propose improvements.
  • Professionalism and ownership: meets deadlines, collaborative, minimal micromanagement, positive feedback from clients and teammates.
