A Day in the Life

Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.

As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.

Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.

You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.

Between appointments, you\'re tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you\'re there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team; coach and manage up to five Sales Associates.

Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensure cleanliness and organization, and greet members to provide a welcoming experience.

Support membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and tracking progress toward targets; review schedules and respond to inquiries.

Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and ensure achievement of daily and monthly goals.

Maintain professional problem-solving and member relations to address questions or concerns.

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

Qualifications

  • Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
