Requirements

• Experienced Technical Writer
• Secret Clearance
• 4+ years of experience
• Experience with editing, preparing, and producing technical reports and documentation
• Experience with style guides and formatting of technical documentation and manuals
• Experience developing diagrams, drawings and interpreting engineering drawings into documentation
• Experience designing and developing graphics and illustrations for use in technical materials, manuals, and publications
• Experience with audio or video editing software, preferably with Adobe Captivate
• Ability to effectively collaborate with departmental and technical staff
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with a demonstrated attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Duties

• Produce high quality technical reports and documentation
• Develop diagrams and drawings
• Interpret engineering drawings into documentation
• Design and develop technical materials
