About the Role

We’re looking for an individual to lead Growth Marketing. This role is for a player-coach who can build and own our marketing function from the ground up. You’ll lead acquisition through both partner and direct channels, and set the strategic foundation for how Made tells its story to millions of homeowners.

This is not a “set the strategy and delegate” role. You’ll be hands-on - building campaigns, analyzing performance, refining messaging, and rolling up your sleeves to execute. At the same time, you’ll be laying the groundwork for a team and marketing engine that can scale with us as we grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Brand & Positioning – Define and refine Made’s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging; ensure consistency across all channels and materials.

  • B2B2C Partner Marketing – Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with top national partners in mortgage, real estate, and home services. This is our primary marketing channel, with Paid Acquisition the secondary channel.

  • Paid Acquisition – Lead strategy and execution for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, others); manage budgets, optimize CAC/ROAS, and experiment with new platforms.

  • Team Leadership – Manage the Content & Organic Marketing Lead and build out the marketing function over time.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, partnerships, and operations to align marketing with product launches and partner programs.

  • Measurement & Reporting – Define KPIs, implement tracking, and deliver insights that inform decision-making.


Ideal Background
  • 5+ years in marketing with a mix of brand and performance experience.

  • Track record of leading B2B2C or partnership-led marketing programs.

  • Proven success in scaling paid acquisition.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports or agencies.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-heavy marketing environments.

  • Familiarity with creative production workflows and vendor management.

  • Base Compensation Band: $100,000-$200,000. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
