We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Textile Designer to join a growing design team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent time management skills, and a strong passion for rugs and interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create trend-forward textile designs that align with brand aesthetics.

• Collaborate with a talented team of designers and creative leaders on design iterations.

• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and assist with team projects.

• Prepare cohesive, production-ready design files with strong organization and attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively by listening, asking relevant questions, and taking action quickly.

Requirments:

• Degree in Textile Design or related professional experience.

• Hands-on textile design experience, with a solid understanding of engineered patterns.

• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, with strong technical design skills including clean working techniques, file organization, and file management.

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• A proactive learner who understands and responds well to creative direction.

Preferred:

• Strong interest in home/interior textiles, specifically rug and carpet design.

• A portfolio that includes traditional, Persian, or ornate textile patterns/designs.

• Skills in additional design programs (e.g., Fresco, Procreate, etc.).
