Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to own the firm’s marketing strategy, execution, and reporting. This hybrid role blends manager-level leadership with hands-on digital execution, ensuring that our pipeline for lead generation remains strong through strategic community engagement, digital marketing, and referral development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with firm growth goals.
  • Manage and safeguard brand identity; ensure consistent voice across all channels.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and offshore marketing partners (e.g., content, ads, SEO). Collaborate with COO and CEO on lead generation, ROI tracking, and KPI performance.
  • Create and manage content calendar (social media, reels, blog posts, newsletters).
  • Optimize website, SEO, and digital ads; track analytics and report on ROI.
  • Write and design newsletters, case highlights, and community spotlights.
  • Manage Mailchimp, social platforms (IG, YouTube, etc.), and future podcast/YouTube content.
  • Partner with our Community Relations & Outreach Coordinator (CROC) to align outreach + digital efforts.
  • Help plan and promote community events.
  • Support referral network development through content and digital touchpoints.
  • Track KPIs: new matters, cost per lead, conversion rates, campaign ROI.
  • Provide monthly reporting to the COO and the CEO, and use insights to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (law firm or professional services preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools: SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics. Strong writing and design skills for content creation.
  • Leadership ability to manage vendors, coordinate with internal roles, and drive accountability. Creative, coachable, and aligned with our mission.

Compensation

$70,000 per year, with the compensation and benefits outlined above.
