What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and manage 4 to 5 teams, overseeing high-level strategy development for clients
Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong working relationships and managing project timelines and budgets
Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions
Engage with media and influencers to boost agency visibility and client communications
Mentor junior staff, fostering their development and contributing to team dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications) At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
Proven academic achievement with a strong degree, particularly in English and/or Business
Core background in consumer brand PR with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
Strong publicity skills with an understanding of media and editorial requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with superior organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in running a proactive press office and handling incoming press inquiries
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in PR campaigns
A wide network of national and regional media contacts
Ability to effectively measure the ROI of communications activities
Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception to execution
