Full-Time Marketing Associate
to join our on-site team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is ideal for a marketing enthusiast with a strong eye for design, passion for social media, and a desire to contribute to a vibrant community-based organization. This role plays an integral part in capturing and communicating the spirit of our programs and events, and will require flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support special events and campaigns.

Social Media Management
– Develop and maintain a robust content calendar across platforms. Produce, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content. Create and manage Meta ads to enhance outreach and engagement. Content Creation & Graphic Design
– Capture photos and videos of daily activities across departments (e.g., Early Childhood, Fitness, Membership, Sports, etc.). Organize and catalog media for easy access and retrieval. Design promotional materials including flyers, social media graphics, signage, digital ads, and event collateral. Support creation of presentations, newsletters, and other branded assets. Digital and Email Marketing
– Assist with website content updates, registrations, and routine site maintenance. Collaborate on mass email campaigns to promote programs and events. General Marketing Support
– Provide day-to-day marketing assistance as needed across departments. Support special projects and organizational initiatives. Qualifications
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies. Proficient in photography and videography with ability to capture high-quality media. Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic website CMS. Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and in a team environment. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media analytics and advertising metrics. Knowledge of Jewish culture and holidays is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This is a full-time, in-person role located at our Miami campus. Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Regular standing, walking, and moving across campus to capture content is required. Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including in Florida’s heat and humidity. Occasional lifting or transporting of marketing materials (up to 25 lbs). Comfortable navigating active environments such as playgrounds, fitness centers, and sports fields. Please note:
