Overview Instructional Designer role at ManpowerGroup . Location: Foster City, CA. Pay Range: $64 per hour. Our client, a leader in the autonomous mobility industry, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their BaseOPS technical training team supporting various product and service initiatives. Responsibilities Design educational content adhering to instructional design principles, ensuring learning objectives align with business objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-create dynamic curricula for live classrooms, workshops, and e-learning experiences. Develop interactive and immersive online learning experiences using advanced eLearning authoring tools. Regularly assess training solutions for quality, scalability, and impact on learner behavior and business objectives. Create content that adheres to brand guidelines and style guides while streamlining eLearning production. Qualifications 6-8 years of instructional design experience, with a focus on blended learning, OLT, ILT, and vILT. Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to visualize and articulate instructional flows and learner experiences. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequent change. Experience creating learning evaluation plans and working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools.
