Build relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, property managers, and corporate decision-makers
Deliver presentations and one-on-one meetings that position IE as the partner of choice
Win business
Lead the sales consulting and estimating process for architectural signage, experiential graphics, and corporate interiors
Review drawings and blueprints, identify risks, and coordinate with estimators and production to propose solutions
Develop accurate ROM budgets and formal bids that protect scope, schedule, and margin
Submit on-time bid responses with complete documentation and follow-through
Own client success
Ensure seamless project kickoff and handoff to Project Management with full documentation
Partner with internal teams (PM, Estimating, Detailing/Art, Fabrication) to anticipate changes and communicate updates
Build long-term client trust, capture testimonials, and drive referrals
What you’ll bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience in architectural signage, experiential graphics, or corporate interiors
Proven ability to build and close a pipeline with architects, GCs, design firms, and corporate end users
Strong understanding of construction/architectural drawings and fabrication materials
Experience with AIA billing and progressive invoicing
Confident communication skills: able to present to groups and negotiate effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Preferred
Deep knowledge of signage fabrication processes, substrates, and finishes
Track record of protecting project profitability while solving for real-world obstacles
