Servicing Instructional Designer
Fully in office position.
Permanent position with PTO and Benefits.
This position brings a lot of opportunity. This person is going in at the initial stage, this time next year the team will grow 4 times it’s size.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partnering with Training team members and business leaders to develop training that meets the needs of the company, teams, and learners
- Designing and developing Initial, Ongoing, and Continuous Improvement training for various roles throughout the organization by creating course designs, job aids, participant guides, visual aids, PowerPoints, and more
- Creating assessment tools to measure learning, knowledge retention, and performance
- Seeking training evaluation and feedback to continuously improve training programs and material
- Developing learning management content including technology announcements, surveys, and more
- Providing feedback to Training team members to support the improvement of content creation and facilitation
- Analyzing metrics to identify training opportunities
- Acting as a backup to trainers for facilitating Initial, Ongoing, and Continuous Improvement training for various roles, if needed
What We Need From You
- Must Have Qualifications:
- 1-year of experience in the design/development of training materials
- Experience in a mortgage-related role preferably Servicing.
- 6 Months of experience in computer-based training design/development
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Previous training experience
- Experience as an Instructional Designer
- Proven track record of implementing the ADDIE process and Kirkpatrick model
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, or other eLearning software
