About the Role We seek a Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing for North America to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue through demand generation and partner engagement in alignment with global priorities. As a senior leader for the AMS region, you will:

Drive demand generation directly and via partners

Align closely with Sales and Partner leadership

Lead a high-performing team with strong field and partner marketing experience

Develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify Sitecore’s presence across North America

What You’ll Do

Create and manage the demand generation strategy, collaborating with sales and partner teams

Oversee the marketing budget ensuring alignment with corporate goals

Develop and oversee the demand generation strategy for the Americas focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiatives

Generate the pipeline necessary to meet AMS revenue targets

Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Sitecore’s presence within the partner ecosystem

Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local markets

Measure and optimize program performance using KPIs and data

Manage the AMS marketing budget efficiently

Ensure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across the geo, growing these as a priority

Establish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancement

What You Need to Succeed

10+ years of B2B marketing experience

Strong knowledge of account-based marketing

Proven success in driving revenue through collaborative initiatives

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant time in field and partner/channel marketing roles

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives

SaaS and/or vertical marketing experience preferred

Proven success delivering pipeline and revenue through direct and indirect channels

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM tools

Collaborative, data-driven, and strategic mindset
