About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses digital and demand generation, brand and product marketing, content, events, and PR. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth, and the Head of Marketing will be expected to tie marketing objectives directly to pipeline and growth goals, ensuring that the marketing efforts are in line with the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a growth-stage startup environment, and a strong background in building programs that drive product, brand, and pipeline.

Key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing include overseeing creative campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach. The role also involves staying abreast of market trends and the competitive landscape, as well as coaching and growing a marketing team that is passionate about experimentation and celebrating successes. The candidate should be adept at managing budgets, with experience in running marketing budgets between $1M and $5M, and be comfortable with a fast-paced, startup environment. Strong leadership, storytelling, and analytical skills are essential, and experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM is a plus.
