Job Description: We are seeking an
Influencer and Content Support Freelance Specialist
to join the Consumer Engagement team, supporting influencer relations, social media campaigns, and brand activations. This role provides hands-on experience managing influencer initiatives, building creator relationships, supporting events, and analyzing performance across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-obsessed, and passionate about beauty, social media, and the evolving influencer landscape.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support influencer campaigns across brand launches, product activations, and strategic initiatives. Assist with identifying and managing influencer talent for PR seeding, campaigns, and events. Create and maintain influencer briefs, databases, and program recaps. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to align on marketing timelines and campaign execution. Monitor cultural trends and apply insights to content and influencer strategies. Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person experiential events. Manage admin tasks including POs, product send-outs, shipping, and orders. Assist with content ideation, shoot setup, and creation for social platforms. Must-Haves:
2+ years of experience managing social media or influencer programs. Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for creator and stakeholder interactions. Ability to analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and optimize strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social platforms, and analytics tools. Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer products. Prior experience supporting influencer activations or brand events. Passion for social content creation and trend spotting. Experience working in cross-functional or agency settings.
