We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with ten to twelve years of experience to join their New York team. This is a leadership role with responsibility across all project phases, from concept through construction, and offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff while shaping interior environments that balance creativity, technical rigor, and contextual sensitivity.
The requirements of the role are : A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Ten to twelve years of interior design experience, with a focus on cultural, educational, civic, healthcare, or institutional projects, in addition to multi-family residential work. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp. A strong design sensibility combined with technical knowledge, including detailing and FF&E specifications. Experience leading interior design within larger project teams and collaborating across disciplines. The ability to manage schedules, client communications, and project deliverables to high standards. Proven ability to produce compelling presentations, drawings, and renderings. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
