This includes overseeing top-of-funnel marketing efforts, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with regional managers to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business goals. The CMO will also be tasked with utilizing field service software to streamline marketing operations, creating integrated marketing campaigns, and establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
