Overview

Responsibilities
- Vision and mission leadership, growth strategy, financial performance, brand stewardship, marketing planning, customer acquisition, and retention, as well as innovation and commercialization.
- Develop a robust insights function, build a high-performing marketing organization, and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and values.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in DTC growth, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in retention and loyalty marketing.
- Data-driven, financially grounded, with experience in team building and management.
- Collaborative partner, clear communicator, and scrappy, resourceful in approach.
