We’re seeking creative and energetic Videographers to join Strata Group’s marketing team. This role is responsible for capturing and producing high-quality content that showcases our agents, listings, events, and communities. As part of our content engine, you’ll be the eyes and lens of Strata in the field.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000

Responsibilities:
  • Film listing videos, agent spotlights, team events, and community features.
  • Edit video content using Final Cut Pro (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) aligned with Strata’s marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on creative direction, shot lists, and storytelling.
  • Capture high-quality photography when needed (events, listings, social content).
  • Ensure proper storage/organization of content and equipment as necessary.
  • Travel to listings, events, and regional offices as scheduled in the content calendar.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of videography/photography experience (real estate experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with Canva for graphics and templates.
  • Licensed drone owner/operator (or willing to obtain FAA Part 107 license)
  • Be willing to complete Zillow Showcase Training.
  • Must own professional camera gear suitable for real estate and event coverage.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Ability to work independently in the field while following a brand style guide.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel between Strata’s markets.
