Overview We are seeking a highly motivated
Marketing Assistant
to support our growing marketing department. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to campaign execution, content coordination, and project support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily marketing activities and assisting in the implementation of effective strategies that drive brand success.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain marketing calendars and schedules
Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and internal documents
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and potential leads
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and analytics
Maintain organized records of projects, materials, and data
Help plan and execute internal and external events or brand activations
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
