We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is focused on creating compelling grant proposals and business submissions to secure funding and partnerships for healthcare-related initiatives. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this position offers an opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive meaningful outcomes in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and write persuasive grant proposals tailored to specific funding organizations and their guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of grant submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with grant-making bodies, non-profits, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret funding requirements to create strategic and impactful proposals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide clear communication and updates to internal teams on grant progress and outcomes.
• Review and edit existing proposals to enhance quality and alignment with funding criteria.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in grant writing and proposal development.• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in grant writing and securing funding from organizations or non-profits.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and proposal content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to craft strategic and impactful proposals.
• Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Certified Grant Writer (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and terminology is an advantage.
