Sales Manager – Hotel Event Productions
Wilmington, DE| Salary up to 65k plus Commission!
Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for live events and cutting-edge audio-visual experiences? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can blend sales expertise with operational leadership to ensure every event is not only successful, but unforgettable.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things AV and event sales at our property—working directly with clients, venue teams, and production staff to make sure every detail is executed flawlessly. What You’ll Do
- Be the on-site AV expert and main point of contact for all property events.
- Drive sales growth by securing new business, closing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Partner with clients and venue staff to deliver seamless, professional events that exceed expectations.
- Oversee all AV operations, from estimates and invoicing to live event execution.
- Lead, support, and train AV technicians to uphold consistent service excellence.
- Manage budgets, control operating costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Provide quick, professional solutions to event needs—even under pressure.
- Build repeat business by delivering exceptional service and cultivating long-term client loyalty.
