We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Communications & Campaign Specialist to join our team. This role will combine strong writing skills with hands-on campaign creation and management across email, social media, digital ads, and other channels. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, support sales, and strengthen our brand. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who also thrives in project management and analytics.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications & Campaign Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Campaign Creation & Management
- Plan, build, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, and web
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and sales teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging
- Coordinate creative assets (copy, design, video) and ensure on-time execution
- Track and analyze performance, reporting insights and recommendations for improvement
- Email Marketing
- Develop and deploy email campaigns and newsletters
- Optimize subject lines, messaging, and calls-to-action for engagement and conversion
- Maintain list segmentation and ensure deliverability best practices
- Social Media Management
- Oversee company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop content calendars and write posts that align with campaigns and brand voice
- Monitor engagement, track analytics, and recommend growth strategies
- Communications
- Draft professional internal communications (announcements, presentations, memos)
- Develop external content such as press releases, case studies, and product/service updates
- Ensure consistency of voice and messaging across all touchpoints
Qualifications of the Marketing Communications & Campaign Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing communications and campaign management (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to create and manage integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Strong writing and editing skills with adaptability across audiences and platforms
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with social media management and analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills; able to balance multiple deadlines
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
