This opportunity will manage a team on our Toys, Seasonal and Celebration division of WMC—working with one of our largest partners. If you are passionate about coaching high performing teams, knowledge of the Toys industry, full funnel advertising and storytelling with data, have a solution-oriented partnership approach to selling and are eager to make an impact within the largest company in the world, this opportunity is a fit for you.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
  • Plan and achieve annual and incremental growth goals through the presentation of Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional leadership – be the face of a high-profile account.
  • Travel as required (up to 25% of the time) to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, agencies and Toy Merchants.
  • Work closely with Media & Entertainment teams as Toys and M&E intersect as licenses/licensors for their products.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
  • 10+ years quota-carrying digital sales experience.
  • “Yes AND” attitude to drive incremental growth opportunities.
  • Natural leadership capabilities and values with a clear vision and operational rigor for the team.
  • Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
  • Team management and leadership ability to manage Sr. level direct reports.
  • Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.
  • Adaptive, self-starter, decision maker. Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to be resourceful.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
