Role Overview

The Associate Director, Influencer & Creator will drive creator strategies, casting, negotiations, and execution. They will mentor junior staff, bring cultural insights, and ensure campaigns are strategically sound, creatively distinct, and flawlessly delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Own day-to-day client relationships, serving as the go-to for influencer strategy, casting recommendations, and executional guidance
  • Translate brand objectives into creator strategies that deliver measurable impact
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators and agents—ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and campaign goals
  • Bring a culturally sharp POV to every campaign, connecting the dots between creators, subcultures, and brand storytelling
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, providing clear feedback, development opportunities, and inspiration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams to ensure integration and alignment
  • Participate in new business pitches, developing influencer strategy and creator recommendations
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Contribute to the agency’s Creators & Casting practice by identifying opportunities, refining processes, and sharing thought leadership

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy, or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing and leading influencer campaigns for major consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, platform nuances, and cultural trends
  • Experience managing client relationships, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in contract negotiations, budget management, and campaign reporting
  • Ability to connect big-picture brand strategy with the right creators and cultural moments
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing a team
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $90,000- $105,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
