They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine, articulate way to ensure the customer is always the first priority. They demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.

The starting rate for this position is $17.25 per hour (recruiting pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
