We’re looking for an Event DevRel Lead to join our Marketing team at the edge of culture, compute, and community. Reporting to the Director of Developer Experience, you’ll define and execute strategies to engage individual developers pushing the edge of what’s possible with AI hardware today.

This role emphasizes embedding in existing spaces and creating new ones to advance AI-focused events and experiences. We like events that blur lines, invite co-creation, and surprise participants.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and execute strategies to engage developers in real-world settings beyond digital channels, including events, engagements, and activations.
• Attend key conferences, events, and hackathons to embed Tenstorrent into relevant conversations.
• Build relationships and channel feedback from developers into product and marketing teams.
• Be a fellow builder fluent in the developer ecosystem.
• Engage with open source projects and follow AI developers across platforms.
• Attend bleeding-edge conferences and push your own rigs to the limits.
• Drive original dev-focused events, dinners, and field activations; amplify developer wins and breakthroughs.
• Advocate for our technology with high signal and thoughtful messaging.

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML tooling and compute (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Passion for AI and compute.
• Fluency with open source development practices and tools (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Real development chops and ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences.
• Experience building communities via physical spaces or gatherings.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location impact the actual offer.
