Overview

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a kids’ fitness and developmental activity center in Austin, TX. We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and can bring a positive, engaging presence to our classes and birthday parties.

We start training at $15 per hour, then once you're trained up and confident you will make $22 per class. Compensation: $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Work with children ranging from 3 months to 10 years of age
• Teach programs that incorporate songs, dances, puppet shows, beginning gymnastics skills, sports, games, and other activities
• Provide a positive, noncompetitive, fun environment
• Lead and participate in structured activities including classes and birthday parties

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm
• Love for kids and ability to engage diverse age groups
• Outgoing, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Ability to take direction and follow established program structures
• Wlexible schedule availability, including weekends
• Willingness to commit to at least a year of employment
