Candidates must be compassionate and reliable and able to demonstrate the necessary skills and abilities to provide ADL services under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to clients and assist with ADLs as directed.
• Demonstrate necessary skills and abilities to support ADLs under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Current PPD
• CNA and PCA certification in the state of Virginia
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass Criminal Background
• Dependable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Smart Phone
• 1 + year minimum caregiver / nursing field
• Must have two professional references validating care giving experience
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last 6 months
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Compassionate attitude, effective communication skills, and able to work as a team and as an individual

Work Details

• Job Type: Full / Part shifts available
• Pay: starting at $14 per hour
• Schedule: various shifts available
• Work Location: Multiple locations including Va. Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, and Hampton
