Overview

This is an entry-level Studio Assistant role at SixTwentySix. You will keep the office running smoothly and provide direct support to executive producers. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced creative studio environment.

Base pay range

$51,000.00/yr - $57,000.00/yr

Position Summary

As Studio Assistant, you’ll split your time between two main areas: ensuring the office is organized, presentable, and fully functional, and supporting our executive producers with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination.

Office side: handle day-to-day upkeep, coordinate meals and team events, manage supplies, and ensure clients and directors walk into a polished, guest-ready environment. EP side: keep calendars accurate, track deadlines, prep meetings, and help ensure treatments, pitches, and travel are executed smoothly.

This role requires someone resourceful, highly organized, and quick to respond. You’ll report to the leadership team and work closely with production, creative, and sales staff.

Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Culture
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready office environment daily.
  • Ensure bathrooms, kitchen, and communal areas are stocked, tidy, and presentable.
  • Coordinate weekly office meals and team events; manage orders and timing.
  • Prepare meeting rooms with beverages, materials, and seating.
  • Keep kitchen stocked and organized; manage fridge and waste removal.
  • Manage storage organization and transport equipment as needed.
  • Run errands such as courier drop-offs and deliveries; assist with merchandise pickups.
  • Order and ship company swag, client gifts, and welcome packages.
  • Plan and book company outings or team events; coordinate logistics, vendors, and budgets.
  • Executive Producer Support & Scheduling
  • Maintain EP calendars with accuracy; align internal teams and client schedules.
  • Coordinate treatment timelines; track deadlines, confirm director availability, and ensure assets are filed and delivered on schedule.
  • Send reminders and prep EPs with required documentation before meetings.
  • Liaise between EPs, directors, clients, and staff to streamline communication.
  • Uphold meeting SOPs; ensure correct names, calls are recorded and filed in Dropbox.
  • Track pitches in the sales data sheet; update costs, deadlines, and status.
  • Research and book travel for EPs, directors, and creatives; provide options and build itineraries.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, office coordination, or scheduling experience; internships or agency experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Clear, direct communication; ability to write clearly and match tone to context.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read people and situations quickly.
  • Proactive mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Fast response time and ability to move in real time without delays.
  • Ability to manage personal and professional tasks with discretion and clear boundaries.
  • Calm under pressure; comfortable with urgency and shifting priorities.
  • Experience supporting executives, managing calendars, or coordinating travel preferred.

Location

Los Angeles, CA (Culver City) – In-office role. Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm PST with flexibility for occasional weekend work if needed.
