About the role

Freefly Systems is seeking a creative and driven Video Marketing Producer and Storyteller to craft compelling digital content that showcases our cutting-edge products. In this role, you’ll blend storytelling, technical expertise, and product knowledge to create engaging narratives that connect with pilots, engineers, and customers worldwide. Your work will play a pivotal role in launching new products and sharing Freefly’s innovative spirit with the world.

Day-to-Day

• Produce high-quality digital content for product launches, case studies, and social media campaigns, including video, photography, copy, and graphic design.


• Translate complex technical features into clear, inspiring marketing stories that resonate with diverse audiences.


• Direct and manage field shoots with partners, athletes, scientists, customers, and industry professionals to capture authentic real-world use cases.


• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing content with Freefly’s strategic goals.


• Build and maintain a library of premium assets that highlight Freefly’s innovation and customer success stories.


• Lead creative efforts in launching new products, delivering impactful customer stories, and shaping Freefly’s global brand narrative.

Who You Are

• You have a strong background in video production, including filming, editing, and storytelling, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills.


• You’re experienced with drones, cameras, and filmmaking workflows, bringing hands-on expertise to dynamic field production.


• You excel at transforming complex technology into engaging, accessible narratives that captivate audiences.


• You’re proficient in industry-standard software, including DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.), and Figma.


• You’re a collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and can align creative work with company objectives.


• You’re independent, driven, and eager to take ownership of Freefly’s digital marketing efforts, from concept to execution.

Compensation

• Salary range for this position: $60,000 - $100,000/yr.
