Sales Associate for Music Instruments

In this role, you will have the opportunity to exceed your personal sales goals and contribute to the store's overall success while delivering exceptional customer service to every music lover who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and surpass individual sales targets. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to enhance community engagement. Build business relationships with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Engage with customers through compelling sales presentations based on our training. Provide outstanding service to ensure every customer feels valued. Encourage customer loyalty through personalized interactions. Contribute to the overall operations of the store, including merchandising and maintaining displays. Assist in maintaining store security protocols. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
