Placement Type: Temporary Salary: 45-50/hr Start Date: 09.01.2025 Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Production

Coordinator to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The role requires excellent

coordination, time management, and visual design skills to manage content "Weekly

Flyer" updates for approximately 28 retailers on our platform.

Responsibilities:

* Content Coordination: Work closely with the Technical Program Manager (TPM)

to understand the timing and schedule for refreshing content for each retailer.

* File Management: Efficiently gather and organize raw files necessary for content

updates, ensuring accuracy and readiness for modification.

* Design Updates: Utilize Figma to apply updates to retailer content as per the

given guidelines. Ensure designs are visually appealing and align with Instacart's

branding.

* Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on updated materials to

guarantee high-quality output. Address any discrepancies or issues prior to final

submission.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely

execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines.

* Feedback Implementation: Apply feedback from stakeholders to refine and

optimize content, maintaining a loop of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in production design, particularly in a digital environment.

* Familiarity with Figma and other design tools. * Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information:

This role is designed for a part-time contractor who can work remotely, providing

flexibility in hours, with a requirement to coordinate across different time zones.
