Graphic Designer

Böhme is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience and brings both strong technical skills and a sharp creative eye. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-oriented environment and can think critically to solve design challenges while maintaining Böhme's brand identity across all platforms.

Responsibilities
• Design creative assets for email campaigns and automated flows
• Create digital advertisements for paid and organic marketing channels
• Develop in-store signage, POP materials, and large-format displays (billboards,

posters, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to produce brand-

consistent design solutions
• Translate designs seamlessly between digital and print mediums, with an

understanding of printing processes and requirements
• Keep up with deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced workflow while maintaining

high-quality design standards
• Support seasonal campaigns and product launches with compelling visual

storytelling
• Maintain organized files, templates, and asset libraries for cross-team use
• (Optional/Plus) Perform basic photo retouching when needed

Qualifications
• 2-5 years professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or

consumer brands
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, with strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign

(knowledge of Figma or After Effects a plus)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and digital best practices
• Familiarity with printing processes and how designs translate across different

mediums
• Ability to take direction and translate campaign concepts into finished design

pieces
• A portfolio demonstrating fashion-oriented, brand-consistent design work
• High level of creative problem-solving and the ability to balance creativity with

brand consistency
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Willingness to work 100% in-office at our Utah headquarters
