As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help teams improve the design of products used by millions of users. You'll plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure timely delivery. You'll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Engineers, and other UX disciplines, while also collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Management partners to drive UX objectives and create innovative experiences for users and businesses.

Design Program Manager:
- Collaborates with UX and cross-functional leadership to drive business strategy, gather stakeholder consensus, refine UX design and research workflows, streamline product delivery, and create high-caliber work across multiple software products.
- Cultivates and manages relationships with internal partners and external vendors to deliver critical design assets.
- Empowers UX leads by mitigating risk, managing scope and resourcing, and coordinating key approval flows.
- Partners with research and multi-disciplinary leads to test, refine, and establish data-driven UX metrics across programs.
- Builds program dashboards, deliverable tracking tools, and cross-functional artifacts from the ground up, while managing multiple design, research, and engineering initiatives simultaneously.
- Enables concise execution of scenario and resource planning amid dynamic market conditions, while fostering an environment of stability and trust.
