Design Coordinator

We are looking for a Design Coordinator for a role with a premier luxury construction company based in Marin County with projects throughout the Bay area. The ideal candidate for this role with have a background in design with strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. This is a permanent full time in-office position.

Job Duties

• Coordinate design teams and construction crews on high-end residential projects
• Manage drawings, permits, and project documentation
• Handle design changes and communicate updates to field teams
• Work with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 8+ years in construction design coordination (residential preferred)
• 3-5 years computer drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Bluebeam, and project management software
• Detail-oriented, self-starter who meets deadlines
• Must live locally and work in Marin County office

What We Offer

• Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 + annual bonus
