We are seeking a high-impact
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing efforts across two established brands serving the payments and financial data space. This is a rare opportunity to
own the full marketing function
from demand generation and campaign strategy to sales enablement and trade show execution with a direct, measurable impact on revenue growth. Youll work closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to design and deliver marketing programs that win new business, strengthen brand presence, and support a high-performance sales team. Reporting directly to the EVP of Lyons Commercial Data, this role is ideal for a
strategic, hands-on marketer
who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn ideas into results. Responsibilities Lead Revenue-Driven Campaigns: Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that generate MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won opportunities; align campaigns with product launches, outbound motions, and sales targets; develop campaign calendars, messaging frameworks, and tracking systems with input from Sales and Product teams Elevate Sales Enablement: Create a complete suite of sales collateral: decks, battle cards, onboarding kits, objection-handling one-pagers, and case studies; partner with AEs and SDRs to ensure assets align with target personas and active deal stages; collaborate with marketing staff to manage asset deadlines and deliverables Own Events & Trade Shows: Lead strategy and execution for industry trade shows and field events, including pre-event promotion, booth branding, signage, and post-show ROI reporting; coordinate logistics and lead tracking with Sales and internal ops support Champion Brand & Content: Maintain message consistency across all external content and channels; uphold visual brand integrity using Canva, Beautiful.ai, and internal templates; contribute to thought leadership and vertical-specific GTM storytelling efforts Analyze & Optimize: Build dashboards to track marketing performance and ROI; monitor lead scoring, attribution, and campaign influence in Salesforce; continuously analyze data to refine and improve future campaigns
Qualifications
610 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries Proven success designing and executing demand generation and sales-aligned campaigns Experience leading trade show strategy and execution Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Constant Contact, Canva, and Beautiful.ai Strong communication and project management skills; ability to lead independently Background in payments, financial services, or compliance-driven B2B environments a plus Familiarity with ABM strategies, lead scoring, attribution models, and funnel metrics Experience presenting to executive teams and reporting on marketing performance
