Global growth marketing manager
The Global Growth Marketing Manager is a highly skilled marketing leader who will own the planning and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns that support business results by driving growth for our global go to market organizations. The ideal individual will have an ability to partner with our C-level team and senior leaders to develop global growth marketing strategies. They will also possess a comprehensive knowledge of go to market strategies, have a strong understanding of marketing campaigns, a creative approach to problem ownership, and the ability to lead large global cross-functional projects. What You'll Do: Own the planning and execution of integrated global marketing campaigns that support business results by driving growth for our global go to market organizations. Develop global growth marketing strategies in partnership with C-level team and senior leaders. Have a comprehensive knowledge of go to market strategies. Have a strong understanding of marketing campaigns. Exhibit a creative approach in problem ownership. Lead large global cross-functional projects. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results with fast-paced, high-growth environments; experience in traditional marketing, data analytics, and marketing technology. Proven experience in full-funnel marketing, including demand generation, nurturing, and lead conversion. Deep expertise in modern marketing technologies stacks (e.g., marketing automation, CDP, data management, etc.). Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to travel up to 30% for business meetings and conferences. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
